Dillon Johnston

Rizwan Manji is a celebrated Canadian actor best known for his memorable roles across television and film. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Ray Butani on the Emmy Award–winning comedy Schitt’s Creek, where his sharp comedic timing and lovable eccentricity made him a fan favorite and earned him a Canadian Screen Award nomination.

Manji first broke out as Rajiv Gidwani, the hilariously ambitious assistant manager on NBC’s Outsourced, a performance that garnered critical acclaim and showcased his signature blend of wit and warmth. He went on to appear as Jamil Hameed in James Gunn’s HBO Max series Peacemaker, bringing his trademark humor and charm to the superhero world.

His other notable credits include roles in Mr. Robot, The Magicians, Perfect Harmony, The Tiger Hunter, Jim Jarmusch’s Paterson, and the Netflix romantic comedy Wedding Season. Across his diverse body of work, Manji has built a reputation for his versatility, comedic precision, and ability to bring authenticity and heart to every role he inhabits.

Beyond acting, Manji shares his expertise through improvisation and communication workshops offered nationally and internationally, providing professionals with tools drawn from his decades in the entertainment industry. Mr. Johnston’s career began at Bank of America, where he led the internal communications department, creating engaging corporate content reaching more than 30,000 employees. Mr. Johnston specializes in leveraging powerful and compelling storytelling to enhance executive visibility and unite large workforces behind business priorities.

Most recently, Mr. Johnston served as the First Vice President of Corporate Communications, Learning & Engagement at Pennymac Loan Services, LLC. where he supported the C-suite, facilitated leadership & employee development programs, led design teams responsible for digital platforms, launched recognition programs, and created integrated communication frameworks. These initiatives improved engagement scores, shortened onboarding time, strengthened retention, and built resilience during times of change and growth.

Mr. Johnston is passionate about employee experience and public speaking, and believes effective communication is more than delivering information; it is about creating dialogue, fostering inclusion, and ensuring employees understand how their contributions support the organization’s goals.
